退款政策

CMusic Shop Limited 退換政策

  1. 請在收貨7天內檢查產品，如貨品有損壞或與訂單有任何差異可電郵至 info@cmusic.shop，或WhatsApp +852 65012233，我們收到後會盡快回覆及跟進。
  2. 貨品須連同原封包裝及在〝未經使用“的情況下退回。
  3. 貨品如因使用不當而引致損壞，恕不接受退換。
  4. 如有關貨品因其型號售罄而未可退換，客戶可選取任何貨品、及袛需補付貨價的差額。
  5. 所有於本店購買或預購的產品均不設退款。
  6. 如有任何爭議，將以詩羽小店CMusic Shoop之決定為最終裁判。

 

*CMusic Shop Limited Return and Exchange Policy*

  1. Please check your products within 7 days of receipt. If the items are damaged or do not match your order, you can contact us via email at info@cmusic.shop or WhatsApp at +852 65012233. We will respond and follow up as soon as we receive your message.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "unused" condition. 
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse. 
  4. If a product is out of stock and cannot be returned or exchanged, customers may choose any other product and only need to pay the difference in price.
  5. All products purchased or pre-ordered from our store are non-refundable. 
  6. In case of any disputes, the decision of CMusic Shop will be final.
